Cancellation Policy

Florida Friends Boat Rental has a 48 hour cancellation policy. 
If you cancel your rental appointment 48 hours or more prior to the appointment day, a full refund will be issued. 
If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment date, a partial (50%) refund will be issued.
A no-call and/or no-show on the day of the appointment will result in a partial (50%) refund.

If we have to cancel your rental due to weather condition or any other unfortunate reason, we will issue a full refund!

Rescheduling Policy

Any reschedule 48 hours or more from the original rental date will be free of charge.

A reschedule within 48 hours of the original rental date will be subject to a 20% rescheduling fee.
